Artificial Intelligence: Decoding the Art and the Capability
In October 2018, the global sales management firm Christie sold the Portrait of Edmond Belamy during the gala show Prints and Multiples in New York for $432,500.00. This deal was surprising because the deal cost was multiple times higher than similar artworks on sale, considering the unique antecedent of this picture.

Contrary to different works of art sold by Christie since the eighteenth century, the Portrait of Edmond Belamy is a rare art piece that is not oil or watercolor painted, nor is its creator a human. Instead, it is n entirely computerized picture delivered by a refined AI calculation (zoom into the formula written in the bottom right corner of the picture as image credits).
The creators of the computerized picture, a Paris-based aggregate named Obvious, utilized an assortment of 15,000 representations between the fourteenth and twentieth centuries to tune in a fake brain network model equipped for creating tastefully comparative yet engineered pictures. Interesting, isn’t it?
Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently taken a significant leap in research. Although much has been innovated and implemented for use in various facets of organizational processes across industry verticals, very little has been written about it.
How AI Converts English Queries Into Servicenow Database Code
To date, you must select a series of filters if you have to fetch anything from a database. Although you can add some short keywords to it, a predefined set of database rules written by a programmer would help fetch the results — only with that functionality.
Database code generation is an innovation that removes the need to scribble various SQL codes for multiple scenarios of listing and querying databases.
Imagine using a query like, “Show me all the transactions that happened today in the North America Area between 5 AM to 9 AM” or another query like “Show me a bar chart of all the product sales that happened this year categorized by month”.

How Does AI Understand Sentences and Convert into Queries
AI can understand sentences just like humans do — understand the content and meaning of sentences based on the arrangement of words.
- Camels are passing through narrow lanes.
- At the end of this narrow lane is the company that makes Camel (stationery manufacturers).
Both sentences have similar words, but both talks about different objects and have different meanings. We are in the era of advanced Machine Learning (ML), where AI is smart enough to efficiently understand the meaning and differentiate the context of these two different sentences.
However, computers only understand everything in terms of Math, so these words are converted into a complex mathematical system of vectors. We can convert words and sentences (via a mathematical system) into numbers, so the common meaning has numbers that are close to each other.

If we perform this calculation in AI it will turn out to be Queen
